What is crossfit?
CrossFit is a way of training that is based on functional movements. The training program combines elements from gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio training. Think for example of running, rowing, pull ups, pushups, rope climbing, pulling and bumping. Through constantly varied workouts (WODs) you train the different facets of your general fitness, strength and endurance to flexibility and coordination. In a short time you feel noticeably stronger, more agile and fitter.
Short and intensive training

Other than fitness
At CrossFit Hoofddorp you use your own body as a device to make functional movements, in combination with free weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings and ropes.
You do not train alone!
The training sessions take place in groups of up to 16 people and are always supervised by a qualified CrossFit coach.
